Private pilot terms
Terms for using Market Changelog.

These terms apply to the Market Changelog website and private design-partner pilot operated by Jaylen Johnson, doing business as Market Changelog. MARKET CHANGELOG is an Ohio-registered trade name, Entity No. 5668239. Applying for the pilot does not create an account, paid subscription, or service commitment. A separate written pilot confirmation is required before access is provided.
Pilot service
Market Changelog monitors a limited set of operator-approved public pages, records observed changes, and makes retained evidence available to authorized users and their connected agents. The pilot is experimental, manually onboarded, and may change or be discontinued.
Approved use
You may use the pilot only for lawful competitive-intelligence and market-research work involving public pages you are permitted to access. Do not submit private credentials, personal data, paywalled material, authenticated application pages, instructions to evade access controls, or targets whose terms prohibit the requested monitoring.
Credentials and workspace access
Workspace credentials are confidential and revocable. Keep them out of prompts, public repositories, support messages, and shared logs. You are responsible for activity performed with credentials issued to you and must notify pilot@marketchangelog.com if a credential may have been exposed.
Evidence and agent output
Stored captures and diffs describe what the service observed at particular times. They do not prove why a company acted, guarantee completeness, or replace human review. Model-generated summaries and possible implications are assistive outputs, may be wrong, and should be checked against the retained evidence before a decision is made.
Your requests and feedback
You retain ownership of the target lists, questions, and feedback you provide. You grant Market Changelog permission to process that material only as needed to evaluate, operate, secure, and improve your pilot. Do not submit information you do not have authority to share.
Availability and warranties
The pilot is provided on an as-available basis without a service-level agreement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Market Changelog disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to protect the service, other users, or third parties; to investigate misuse; or when continued operation is impractical. Either side may end pilot participation by written notice. On termination, issued credentials are revoked and retained information is handled under the applicable privacy notice and pilot agreement.
