Jaylen Johnson, doing business as Market Changelog, is the controller for information sent to the company about the private pilot. MARKET CHANGELOG is an Ohio-registered trade name, Entity No. 5668239. This notice covers the public website and pilot correspondence; it does not describe a public account, subscription, billing, or payment service.
What we collect
The public website does not collect form submissions. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message, and any name, company, project, target-page, or MCP-client information you choose to provide. Do not send credentials, confidential information, or sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use correspondence only to answer questions, evaluate pilot fit, provision or support an approved workspace, prevent abuse, and securely operate the service. We do not sell it, share it for targeted advertising, use it for unrelated bulk marketing, or make automated eligibility decisions. An email inquiry does not create an account, subscription, or payment relationship.
Infrastructure, correspondence, and logs
GitHub Pages hosts the public website. Cloudflare provides DNS and edge protection for the private service endpoint and may process IP addresses, request headers, and security signals under its terms. DigitalOcean hosts private pilot application and recovery infrastructure. Google Workspace routes and stores company email correspondence under Google's terms. The public website does not set application cookies or run advertising or behavioral-analytics trackers.
Retention
We ordinarily delete inactive pilot inquiries within 90 days after the last substantive correspondence. Records for an active pilot may be retained while needed to operate, secure, document, or conclude that pilot, subject to legal and operational requirements.
Your request
To ask what we hold, correct it, withdraw your request, or request deletion, email privacy@marketchangelog.com. We will verify the request before changing or disclosing a record.
